There is a huge variety of jelly desserts - from cakes consisting only of jelly to whole works of confectionery art, with a combination of different cakes, layers, and fillings.

  1. For Mosaic jelly cake, take packaged jelly of different colors. Then you get a nice slice in the finished dessert. Prepare each type of jelly separately, according to the instructions on the package. The only correction is to take рі less liquid than the manufacturer states. Each jelly will need to be cut into cubes, so it is better to make it denser so that it retains its shape.
  2. Pour the jelly into molds (it is better to take wide squares) and wait until the jelly is completely solidified - leave it in a cool place for 2-3 hours.
  3. Prepare the sour cream base. Fill the gelatin with milk, and allow it to swell. Dissolve it in milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Whip the sour cream with the sugar until fluffy. With a thin stream, enter the slightly cooled milk mass and mix until smooth.
  4. Multicolored jellies cut into large cubes, add to sour cream. Pour the workpiece into a container to cool. Send the jelly cake for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator, and even better - leave overnight.
  5. Before serving, immerse the form with dessert for 30 seconds in boiling water - so the jelly will move away from the walls and you can easily remove it. Cut the Mosaic cake into slices or cubes, place on a plate and serve.
