This is a surprisingly universal recipe. In this cake, you can put your favorite fruits, make an infinite number of layers, and pick up your favorite colors. This jelly cake is just a dream of a hostess who has imagination and creativity!

  1. Wash or thaw fruit or berries for jelly cake. Carefully spread some of them on the bottom of the prepared form.
  2. Dissolve 1 sachet of jelly of the selected color. Remember: the bottom layer will then become the top.
  3. Pour the fruit jelly. Put it in the fridge and wait until it is completely cooled.
  4. Prepare jelly of another color.
  5. Get the cooled first layer. Spread on it other fruits or berries that match the color, pour new jelly, and put in the refrigerator.
  6. Dissolve the jelly of the following colors and make new layers in the same way.
  7. While the last layer of fruit jelly has cooled, prepare the final layer. To do this, dissolve gelatin in milk, and allow it to swell well. Beat sour cream with sugar, and add gelatin in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
  8. Remove the jelly cake with fruit from the refrigerator, make it an extra layer of sour cream, and put it back in the refrigerator. The jelly cake should cool well.
  9. Before serving, heat the bottom of the form so that the jelly was easy to remove. We turn it over and spread our cake on a plate without baking. Garnish with berries, fruits, mint, and whipped cream.
