Jelly milk-curd cake (sugar-free)

Thanks to cottage cheese, the cake acquires a rich milky-creamy taste and resembles mousse inside. It does not require baking, but it looks like a real cake. Instead of sugar, honey is used, so the cake is not only tasty, but also healthy!

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. If you add 100 g of honey, as indicated in the recipe, the cake is moderately sweet. If you like it sweeter, you can increase the amount of honey.
  3. Gelatin pour 100 ml of milk and leave for 10 minutes.
  4. In a thick-walled pan or stewpan, break the eggs and add the starch.
  5. We add 3 tbsp. spoons of milk.
  6. Mix with a mixer.
  7. Then add the rest of the milk and stir.
  8. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the cream, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. As soon as the mixture begins to boil and thicken, remove from heat.
  9. Let the cream cool down to a warm temperature.
  10. Then add honey and vanilla to the cream.
  11. We mix everything.
  12. Swollen gelatin is heated in a water bath or melted in a microwave.
  13. We interrupt the cottage cheese with a blender until smooth.
  14. Add cream to curd.
  15. Add melted gelatin.
  16. Mix everything well with a blender.
  17. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil. If you use a silicone mold, you can not lubricate with oil. Pour the resulting mass into the mold and send it to the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  18. Carefully separate the cake from the walls of the mold with a knife and turn it over onto a dish.
  19. Put the chocolate in a culinary bag and melt in a water bath.
  20. Cut off the edge of the bag and apply the melted chocolate on the surface of the cake in an arbitrary way. Decorate the cake with berries if desired.
  21. Jelly milk-curd cake is ready.
  22. Enjoy your meal!
