Juicy fish with rice on wine

Juicy fish with rice on wine

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put the rice in a saucepan and add plenty of salted water. Cook until almost cooked.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add finely chopped garlic and herbs. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in wine. Keep on fire for another 2 minutes.
  5. Send rice to a frying pan and mix with vegetables. Add spices.
  6. Cut the raw fish into cubes. Place on top of the rice and simmer, covered for 20 minutes.
  7. Arrange the dish on plates and serve.
