Kaurma-shurpa is a soup that is a dish of oriental cuisine. According to Muslim canons, it should be cooked from lamb. But it is often replaced with beef or chicken. It turns out very tasty with any meat.

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making shurpa. Boil the broth first. Wash the beef and place in a saucepan. Pour water into a saucepan and place on the stove. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and remove foam.
  2. Cook the beef until tender. Cut the carrots into strips and place in the pan. Add finely chopped onion. Pour in the sunflower oil and simmer the vegetables over low heat in a skillet, stirring. Add chopped tomatoes at the end, stir.
  3. Heat onions, carrots and tomatoes for another 5 minutes and turn off. Place the onions, carrots, and tomatoes in a saucepan with stock and meat.
  4. Peel the bell peppers, wash and cut into strips.
  5. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Add bell peppers and potatoes to the shurpa. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Lay out the bay leaf.
  6. Cook the soup until all vegetables are done. Add chopped garlic and herbs at the end. Kaurma-shurpa is ready. When serving, place a slice of beef on a plate. Bon Appetit!
