Kefir omelet with sausages and vegetables

An excellent breakfast - a hearty, tasty and bright omelet with kefir, sausages and vegetables. The dish is prepared very quickly, the addition of kefir makes it tender and airy, and the use of frozen vegetables allows you to cook such a dish at any time of the year!

Ingredients

  1. Peel the onion and cut into quarters.
  2. Peel the sausages and cut into slices.
  3. Peel the clove of garlic and cut into slices.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. We spread the onion and, stirring occasionally, fry for about 3 minutes, until soft.
  5. Add the garlic.
  6. We spread the sausages. Stir, fry over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add frozen vegetables (I have green peas, corn, red bell peppers, carrots).
  8. Stir, fry for about 3 minutes, until excess liquid evaporates.
  9. Break eggs into a deep bowl.
  10. Add kefir, salt and ground pepper.
  11. Mix everything with a whisk or mixer at low speed.
  12. We wash the dill, dry it, chop finely with a knife and add to the egg mixture.
  13. We mix.
  14. Pour the egg mixture with dill into the pan.
  15. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and cook the omelet for about 3-5 minutes, until the egg mixture sets.
  16. The omelet is ready.
