  1. Defrost the liver slightly to easily chop the offal with a knife.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat, add bacon fat. Add chopped onions and mushrooms, lightly sauté, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Transfer the chopped liver to a deep mixing bowl. Add chicken eggs, tomato paste, ground beef, cheese, coconut flour, salt, chilled sautéed onions and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Then use your hands to form round patties with a diameter of 5-6 cm.
  5. Bake the patties at 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
