High-fat, low-carb keto bombs are a simple, no-bake dessert made with peanut butter. The bombs are like a cross between nut butter and fudge. They help fight sugar cravings and provide additional fat calorie gains, helping the body stay in ketosis. Keto bombs are quite energetic.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare serving muffin tins or paper mini muffin liners and set aside.
  2. Add the peanut butter and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds, then stir, microwave again and heat until melted.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the softened oils: cocoa powder, stevia, and salt. Stir until smooth.
  4. Fill the prepared forms to 3/4 of their volume. You should get 10-12 bombs, depending on the size of the molds.
  5. Place the bombs to freeze for at least 1 hour. Store bombs in an airtight container in the freezer. The bombs melt quickly, so there is no need to heat them before serving.
