I confess that with Brussels sprouts I have been on "you" for a long time. At the same time, I heard a lot about its beneficial properties. But after this recipe, I began to cook it regularly, everything is really simple, tender and, surprisingly, fleshy =)

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces and fry until half cooked
  2. Meanwhile, boil Brussels sprouts in salted water and remove from heat as soon as it boils.
  3. Drain off excess liquid and add cabbage to chicken and sauté everything together for about 5 minutes over medium heat
  4. Finally, add a glass of cream and spices. Bring the dish to a boil and turn off the heat.
  5. Let the finished dish steep (20 minutes) before serving.
