  1. Grind the erythritol in a coffee grinder.
  2. Beat cream cheese with softened butter and sweetener.
  3. Add nuts to the mass (sort out, roast and chop) and chopped chocolate.
  4. Line a mold for Easter (or a bowl of the right size) with clean gauze, put the mass in it, seal with a spoon.
  5. Refrigerate Easter for 5-6 hours. Then take out the Easter, turning it over onto a dish, remove the gauze. You can additionally decorate. Bon Appetit!
