  1. Beat eggs with sweetener and vanilla, add cottage cheese, knead into a homogeneous mass.
  2. Add flour and psyllium, knead the dough, let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Roll the sausages out of the dough, cut them across into pieces.
  4. Boil water, salt, boil the dumplings, remove and cool slightly.
  5. Serve lazy dumplings with rich sour cream and berries. Bon Appetit!
