Low-carb keto meatballs based on minced chicken and cheese are good as a main course, to add to soups and keto pasta. Thanks to baking in the oven, you can do without bread crumbs, the finished dish turns out to be tender, without a crispy crust.

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C. Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease the surface with cooking oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine the minced chicken, Parmesan cheese, chicken egg, butter, and chopped spiced parsley. Using a tablespoon, or a spoon to shape the meatballs, sculpt the meatballs and place them on the baking sheet. Minced meat should make 28-30 small meatballs.
  3. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, serve warm with your favorite keto sauces or vegetable side dishes.
