  1. Beat eggs with a mixer with salt and sweetener. Add almond flour and stir, leave for a couple of minutes.
  2. Mix the softened coconut oil into the dough, add cinnamon, baking powder, beat a little with a mixer. Pour in fresh berries, mix.
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into muffin tins (preferably with a non-stick coating or use paper inserts). Bake muffins for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the tins. Bon Appetit!
