Yes, the same Zebra. The same delicious, simple and black and white. The difference from the original recipe is one thing - you can eat it and not feel the heaviness and remorse. Sit back and write down the recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients except cocoa - almond flour, coconut, baking powder, salt, protein, sweetener
  2. Add eggs, soft or melted (not hot!) Butter and 50 ml of cream. Whisk everything well
  3. Divide the resulting dough into 2 pieces. And add cocoa and a little more cream to one of the parts. Stir well and let stand for a couple of minutes
  4. In a small form (I had a diameter of 17 cm) in the very center, lay out alternately light and dark dough. For example, 2 tablespoons of light, and on top 2 tablespoons of dark. The main thing is, do not mix it yourself, it will mix itself as it should =)
  5. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick
  6. The finished cake can be sprinkled with erythritol powder and served with sour cream or whipped cream.
