Today we will cook a thick, rich and, of course, very tasty soup "Kharcho" in a slow cooker. Some dishes in a multicooker are tastier than on the stove, the secret is in the simmering mode, when the temperature is not too high, the products acquire a rich, deep taste

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Turn on the FRYING mode for 15 minutes and fry the onion until soft for 3 minutes.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry with the onion for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomato, pour boiling water over it. Drain the water, carefully remove the skin and cut into cubes.
  4. Add to meat and onions, fry until the end of the program.
  5. Add rice, tomato paste, salt, spices, water. Start the SOUP / STEW program for 60 minutes.
  6. 5 minutes before cooking, add fresh herbs.
  7. At the end of cooking, leave in the keep warm mode for 20-30 minutes.
