Almost everyone loves muffins with fruits and berries. This time I made muffins with kiwi, it turned out very tasty and unusual.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Butter 12 muffin tins and dust with flour (or line muffin tins with paper muffin rosettes).
  2. In a bowl, mix egg, milk and olive oil. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and 120 grams of sugar, add milk mass to this dry mixture, mix well. Then put chopped kiwi into the dough and mix with a spoon without kneading.
  3. Divide the dough into the prepared molds, filling them halfway.
  4. Sprinkle the dough in molds with 50 grams of sugar and cinnamon, put on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the muffins for about 25 minutes, until a clean wooden stick when pierced. Remove the muffins from the oven, let them rest for 5 minutes at room temperature, and then remove the products from the molds.
