Delicious and unusual Kamdi-cha potato salad with beef and carrots. It consists of common and familiar products that any housewife uses to prepare various dishes. But what makes a salad unusual is the way of cooking vegetables, the taste of which will pleasantly surprise you.

  1. Cooking carrot marinade. In a separate container, mix vinegar, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate them with a Korean carrot grater.
  3. Pour the prepared marinade over the carrots. Stir and set aside for 25 minutes.
  4. Peel the potatoes and grate them for Korean carrots.
  5. Fill the potatoes with cold water so that the potatoes do not darken.
  6. Pour water into a saucepan, add cucumber pickle and salt
