Ukrainians have long been famous as masters of cooking hearty and delicious meat dishes. One of such dishes is krucheniki.

  2. For the filling, you need to cut onions and mushrooms into small pieces. Fry the onion in a frying pan in butter, then add the mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates completely. Sprinkle generously with chopped garlic and herbs. Cool.
  3. Grated cheese mixed with mushrooms. Add salt and pepper. Put the filling on each piece of the cue ball. Wrap in a roll and fasten with a toothpick or thread so that the twig kept its shape when frying. Fry until ruddy crust.
  4. After frying, strudel with mushrooms should be stewed for 30 minutes in broth. 10 minutes before ready to mix flour and sour cream and add to broth with krucheniki. Stew for 10 minutes. Serve with garnish and sour cream sauce.
