"Large sandwiches" of eggs with sprats

Such boats made of stuffed eggs, with sprats and red caviar will decorate any festive table.

Ingredients

  1. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes (if you boil the eggs for longer, the yolk will darken and take on a blue tint). Then cool the eggs in cold water, peel them.
  2. Carefully cut the eggs lengthwise into two halves and separate the white from the yolk. Mash the yolk with a fork.
  3. Finely chop the dill greens, pass the garlic through a press.
  4. Combine yolk, garlic, dill and mayonnaise in a bowl. Salt to taste, add a pinch of ground black pepper. Stir the filling thoroughly.
  5. Fill the egg halves with the filling.
  6. Place the sprats on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. Place a fish in the middle of each stuffed egg.
  8. Garnish the stuffed eggs with red caviar and a parsley leaf.
