Sometimes we wonder what to cook quickly for breakfast. This recipe will help out in such situations. Delicious and quick breakfast in 15-20 minutes with cooking. The result is a real yummy pita bread with cheese, sausage, tomatoes and eggs.

  1. Grate cheese. Cut the tomato and sausage (or any other meat product) into cubes.
  2. Fold the lavash in half and cut 2 circles out of it with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the pan (I have a 24 cm pan).
  3. Place one round of pita bread in the pan. Spread half of the cheese on top.
  4. Beat the eggs with a fork, add salt (depending on the salinity of the cheese) and pepper to taste. Pour the eggs over the cheese.
  5. Put sausage and tomatoes on top (pickles can be used instead of tomatoes).
  6. Season with black pepper.
  7. Spread the second part of the cheese evenly on top.
  8. Cover everything with the second round of pita bread and press down a little.
  9. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the filled pita bread for 5 minutes. The fire should be moderate so that the pita bread does not burn.
  10. If you wish, you can grease the top pita bread with the remaining egg or water and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
  11. After 5 minutes, turn over the stuffed pita bread and fry under the lid for another 4-5 minutes on the other side.
  12. Turn the pan and flatbread onto a serving dish or board.
  13. Cut the cake into pieces.
  14. A quick and delicious breakfast of pita bread with cheese, sausage, tomatoes and eggs is ready!
