Simple, quick and delicious breakfast for every day! Lavash with an egg in a frying pan will appeal to all lovers of quick morning meals from simple products. It can be supplemented with anything: cheese, mushrooms, vegetables, sausage, ham, bacon, herbs. It is good for a snack, breakfast and dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all food. Wash the egg and wipe it off with a tissue. Whisk the egg into a bowl and beat with a fork.
  2. Using culinary scissors, cut the pita bread into circles according to the size of your pan in which you plan to cook. You should get an even number of such blanks.
  3. Add salt to a bowl of water and stir until it dissolves.
  4. Put the pan on the stove and heat it up. Add a teaspoon of butter to the pan and melt.
  5. Dip two circles of lavash completely into a prepared container of water for a couple of seconds. The circles will stick firmly to each other. This is what we need.
  6. Place the pita bread in a skillet over the hot oil. Set the fire on the stove to medium. Fry the pita bread on one side for about half a minute.
  7. Flip the pita bread to the other side.
  8. Pour a tablespoon of water (the same one in which the lavash was soaked) directly onto the pita bread in a frying pan. Be careful not to burn yourself with the steam!
  9. Brush some of the egg mixture with pita bread using a cooking brush. Or a tablespoon if you don't want the brush to get dirty.
  10. Use a spatula to turn the pita bread down with the "egg" side. Attention! you need a good frying pan so that the egg doesn't burn.
  11. Add a tablespoon of water to the workpiece again. And beware of the hot steam generated from this.
  12. Flip the pita bread again and fold it in half. The dish is ready! Serve hot.
