Recipe for a puff pastry snack pie stuffed with sausage, potatoes and egg-sour cream filling. Thanks to the original design in the form of a flower, a puff cake according to this recipe can even be put on a festive table. Cooking will not take much of your time, as the cake is prepared from ready-made puff yeast dough.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for making the sausage and potato puff pie.
  2. Frozen puff pastry can be quickly defrosted in the microwave.
  3. Instead of the filling indicated in the recipe, you can take any products from the refrigerator - mushrooms, boiled meat, fish, etc.
  4. Boil the potatoes in their uniform until tender (20-30 minutes after boiling).
  5. While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the potatoes. Mix sour cream with eggs and wheat flour, salt a little.
  6. Whisk until smooth.
  7. Turn on the oven to heat up to 170 degrees.
  8. Roll out the defrosted puff pastry with a rolling pin, dusting the surface of the table with flour if necessary. Using a knife, cut a circle out of the dough around the diameter of the mold. Place a circle of dough on the bottom of the mold. Cut the rest of the dough into equal triangles, the sides of which are 2.5-3 times larger than the base.
  9. Line the dough triangles vertically in one row along the side wall of the mold, attach the base to the bottom.
  10. Also place the second row of dough triangles. The top corners of the triangles in the second row should fill the free space in the first row.
  11. Peel the cooled potatoes and cut into cubes. Place the potatoes in the dough pan.
  12. Cut the sausage into oblong pieces and place on top of the potatoes.
  13. Chop fresh dill and spread over the sausage.
  14. Pour the filling with the egg and sour cream filling.
  15. Bake the puff pastry pie with potatoes and sausage in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the puff pastry from the oven and cool in the pan to stabilize the filling.
  16. Gently remove the cooled cake from the mold and transfer to a platter.
  17. Slice the Flower Pie into portions and enjoy!
