Layered cheesecake is an original dessert with a complex texture with a combined chocolate-creamy-cheese flavor. This delicacy is very satisfying!   4. Cooking dough.
  5. Melt 120 g of chocolate in the microwave or in another convenient way. We let him cool down.
  6. Combine soft butter with powdered sugar.
  7. We beat.
  8. Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating the mixture each time.
  9. The mass must be homogeneous.
  10. Add melted chocolate. Whisk the mixture.
  11. We introduce the flour gradually, without ceasing to beat the mass.
  12. Beat the dough until smooth.
  13. Preparing the base of the cheese layer.
  14. Pour the powdered sugar into the cream cheese and pour in the cream. The rest of the cream (for decoration) is sent back to the refrigerator - they will be needed cold.
  15. Stir or beat at low speed mixer.
  16. Crack the eggs one at a time into the cream cheese mixture.
  17. Stir every time with a whisk.
  18. Melt chocolate (50 g) and let it cool.
  19. Add chocolate to 1/3 of the cream cheese mass. We mix.
  20. Turn on the oven to heat up to 160 degrees.
  21. We cover the bottom of the mold (Ø 20 cm) with parchment, grease the sides with butter.
  22. Spread the chocolate batter in an even layer.
  23. Lay out a layer of 14-15 Oreo chocolate cookies.
  24. Spread half of the cream cheese over the top.
  25. Spread a layer of chocolate-cheese mass.
  26. In the remaining creamy cheese mass, crumble the remaining cookies. We mix.
  27. We spread the mass with cookies in the last layer.
  28. Before baking, place a deep baking sheet on the lowest level of the oven and pour boiling water into it.
  29. Set the cheesecake pan to the middle level.
  30. Bake a layered chocolate cheesecake with Oreo cookies in the oven for 60-70 minutes. After baking, only the middle of the dessert should be slightly watery.
  31. We turn off the oven. We remove the baking sheet with boiling water, ventilate the oven. Let the cheesecake rest in the oven for another 30 minutes.
  32. Let the cheesecake cool completely. After that, we release the cheesecake from the mold and send it to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably at night.
  33. Whip the cold cream with the icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
  34. Grease the top of the cake with 3-4 tbsp. cream spoons.
  35. Pour cocoa powder into the remaining whipped cream. We mix.
  36. With this cream, if desired, we decorate the dessert and grease the sides. I also used grated chocolate for decoration.
