Lean chocolate cake with buckwheat flour

  3. Pour flour and cocoa into a bowl.
  4. Mix well. Add sugar and vanilla.
  5. Mix. Add baking powder. Pour in vegetable oil and water.
  6. Mix everything well. The pie dough is ready.
  7. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil (I have a diameter of 24 cm) and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold.
  8. Put the mold in the oven. Bake Lean Chocolate Cake until done, about 40-50 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a skewer - it should come out of the cake dry.
  9. The cake can be decorated to taste. I smeared with jam and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
