Lean okroshka on kvass

Okroshka is our traditional Russian dish, so there are many cooking options. I want to offer my own version for those who do not consume animal products.

  1. Prepare all ingredients. For lean sour cream, grind the sunflower seeds and water with a blender. Add salt and lemon juice. Cut the cucumber, wheat sausage and radish into small cubes. Finely chop the greens with a knife.
  2. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms.
  3. Cool, then cut into cubes. Add the potatoes to the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir. Put a portion of okroshka in a plate, add lean sour cream and pour kvass. Lenten okroshka on kvass is ready, bon appetit!
