Lean rice with vegetables and teriyaki sauce

  1. Cut the vegetables into small cubes, put in a bowl, pour over the sauce (half), mix and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
  2. Boil rice.
  3. Heat a frying pan (without oil) and pour the vegetables and sauce into it, fry over high heat until almost all the sauce has evaporated.
  4. Place the rice with vegetables on a plate and pour over the remaining sauce, garnish with sesame seeds.
