A simple recipe for making a classic lemon cake in a slow cooker. This cake can also be baked in the oven. The cooking process is identical, only the cooking time is different.

  2. Finely grate the zest from a whole lemon.
  3. Grind the zest with sugar with a fork to saturate the cake with lemon flavor.
  4. Add soft butter.
  5. Rub butter with sugar and zest.

  8. Add baking powder for dough
