Cupcakes with lemon are obtained with a magical taste, very delicate, airy, moderately sweet, with a citrus aroma, and on top is a cap of delicate cheese cream. And making these cupcakes is very easy and simple!

  1. To make cupcakes airy, all the ingredients for the dough must be at room temperature!
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  3. In a bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  4. In another bowl, beat butter (room temperature) and sugar with a mixer until fluffy and creamy. Add eggs one at a time. It's good to mix everything.
  5. Then add sour cream, juice and lemon zest. Mix.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients. Beat until smooth.
  7. Put paper baskets in molds and fill them 3/4 with dough.
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until fully cooked.
  9. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
  10. Transfer the cupcakes to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
  11. From the indicated amount of ingredients, 12 cupcakes are obtained.
  12. Prepare cream. In a bowl, beat butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add chilled cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  13. Place the finished cream in a pastry bag and deposit on the muffins.
  14. If desired, cupcakes can be decorated with lemon and mint leaves.
