Lentil soup in 15 minutes

Ingredients

  1. Cut the carrots coarsely. Chop the onion in half rings.
  2. Take a couple of celery stalks, no more. Otherwise it will overwhelm the whole taste. Cut into small cubes. The cauliflower must be disassembled into small inflorescences. Fry all this in a saucepan in sunflower oil. If you do not fast, then add another slice of butter, it will be tastier this way. Then add one tomato without skin. Fry for a couple of minutes
  3. For spices, I recommend dried basil and oregano. And be sure to have a pinch of coriander. Salt and pepper to taste. And of course, a couple of garlic cloves !!! For a beautiful color, add a teaspoon of turmeric. Pour the broth and add the red lentils. Cook for 10 minutes. Squeeze out a small slice of lemon. Fresh herbs to taste
