  1. 1 Wash the lemons, peel, remove white fibers.
  2. 2 Place the peel in a 4 liter wide-necked jar with a screw cap.
  3. 3 Pour in 1 bottle of vodka and stir.
  4. 4 Cork, write the date and place in a dark place at room temperature.
  5. 5 Take out after 40 days.
  6. 6 Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. 7 Allow the syrup to cool completely.
  8. 8 Pour the syrup into the vodka infused with lemon peel, pour in the second bottle and mix thoroughly.
  9. 9 Screw the lid back on, inscribe the date and remove for another 40 days.
  10. 10 On day 80, remove the jar from a dark place, strain and remove the lemon peel.
  11. 11 Pour into clean bottles and close with tight stoppers. Place one bottle in the refrigerator for cooling, and put the rest in the pantry.
