Loofah stuffed with meat and rice

Ingredients

  1. Wash the loofah and cut into 3 cm wide circles. Remove the middle.
  2. Boil the loofah rings in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Take out and cool. Keep the broth.
  3. Boil rice, cool.
  4. Chop the onions finely, chop the garlic.
  5. Prepare minced meat: mix sninina, onion, garlic, oregano and rice.
  6. Stuff the loofah. Place gently in an empty saucepan and pour over the broth. Boil.
  7. Remove foam, add green onions, cook for 5-10 minutes.
