Fresh homemade bagels with sweet cherry filling are a real feast of taste for lovers of tender muffins that literally melt in your mouth.

  2. To do this, combine 200 g of soft butter, 200 g of sour cream, one egg, and 100 g of sugar and mix thoroughly until smooth. Then gradually add to the mixture 2 tsp. baking powder and 400 g of flour and quickly knead a soft dough.
  3. To keep the finished cake soft and crumbly, place the prepared dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then divide it into portions, roll them out into a thin layer and cut into triangles.
  4. Place the cherries with the sugar on the wide edge and lightly wrap the corners inwards, then gently wrap the bagels.
  5. Arrange the pieces on a baking sheet and send them to the oven (160-180 degrees) for 25 minutes.
