I want to share another recipe for baking with almond flour and mozzarella. This mixture makes a fantastic dough - tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. I confess that we rarely make such baked goods - almond flour is not the cheapest, so we often prefer flaxseed baked goods, but they are completely different in taste and consistency. Try it, perhaps you will like this option

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt in the microwave (about 30 seconds) the mozzarella and butter
  2. Toss and add all dry ingredients - almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder. Knead the dough. If necessary, if the dough does not set, just put it in the microwave (no more than 15 seconds) - the mozzarella will melt and mix well with the flour
  3. Once the cheese and flour mixture is done, beat in an egg. Just be careful to make sure the dough is not super hot, but just warm, otherwise the egg will curl
  4. Once the dough is finished, take a piece of baking paper, place your lovely dough on top of it and cover with the same piece of paper. Now you can easily roll it out, even with a children's rolling pin (see video)
  5. After you roll out the dough, remove the top and use a knife to divide the dough into 3 parts (in case you use all three fillings) and distribute the filling over the dough.
  6. Then divide each part into thin strips and twist each
  7. At the very end, beat the yolk, grease the curled sticks and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 ° C
  8. All is ready!
