A very simple and delicious recipe for those who love fish. And useful. Mackerel contains fat-soluble vitamins D, D3, A, K, E, as well as vitamins of group B, micro- and macroelements important for humans - potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium and others.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the mackerel into two fillets, removing the bones and ridge. Coarsely chop the nuts.
  2. Cut the carrots into long thin strips or with a spaghetti slicer. Saute in olive oil with garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt for 5 minutes. Add vinegar at the end.
  3. Grease fish fillets with olive oil, lightly pepper and salt, roll in nuts (on one side). Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Place the carrot salad on a serving plate (remove the garlic), place the fillets on top and serve. Parsley and lemon will be appropriate. Bon Appetit!
