Mackerel fish soup. Perfect when boiled over a fire

Wash the fish, cut in half, pour 2 liters of cold water, put on fire and cook for 40 minutes. Then strain the broth, separate the fish pulp from the bones and divide into pieces.
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Peel the onion and parsley root and chop finely.
Dissolve the butter in a skillet and fry the roots until golden brown. Add potatoes and stir-fry everything together for another 7 minutes.
Bring the broth to a boil, add the fried vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Add cereal and cook for another 10 minutes. Add bay leaves, green peas and keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
Arrange the pieces of fish on plates, pour the soup, add dill to each and serve.
