Mackerel stuffed with vegetables in the oven

Mackerel is ideal for roasting. It has few bones and the meat is juicy and fragrant.

Ingredients

  1. In fish, the entrails and gills are removed, and the carcass is washed and sprinkled with spices and salt.
  2. While the fish is marinating, cut the onion into thin half-rings and fry in oil.
  3. Grate the carrots on a large grater and add to the onion. Salt and simmer until semi-finished.
  4. Half of the lemon is cut into slices, and the juice is squeezed from the rest.
  5. The foil is folded in half, greased with oil, and placed on its mackerel back down.
  6. The fish is stuffed with vegetables and lemon slices.
  7. Wrap the foil and send the mackerel in the oven for 25 minutes. Temperature 180 degrees.
  8. Squeeze garlic into vegetable oil, and add herbs and lemon juice. Hot fish is drizzled with the resulting sauce.
  9. Potatoes and mushrooms can be baked together with fish in foil.
