Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Place paper rosettes in small cupcake liners (24).
Mix the first ten ingredients. Whisk the egg and sugar with a wooden spoon. Add olive oil, vanilla, milk, vegetables and fruits. Mix well. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients mixture. Stir until smooth.
Fill molds ¾ full with batter. You can sprinkle the surface with brown sugar. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Bon appetit!
