Light and sparkling, champagne and mango punch

Ingredients

  1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the stone. Cut the pulp into 3–4 mm cubes.

  3. Wash all the limes with a brush. Cut 2 limes into wedges for garnish, finely grate the remaining limes and squeeze out the juice. Mix the juice and zest with the mango and let sit for 15 minutes.

  5. Pour the mango juice into champagne flutes. Top up with champagne, place in each mango and serve garnished with lime.
