Craving something sweet? Biscuits always come to my rescue. Cheap, delicious and everyone loves it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. The ingredients are in front of you.
  2. Turn on the oven (preheat to 180 degrees).
  3. Crack 5 eggs into a deep bowl. Pour in 1 cup of sugar.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the eggs well with the sugar. Whip for approximately 10 minutes. It is important.
  5. Sift a glass of flour through a sieve.
  6. Then mix in the flour in small portions with a spoon or spatula. (You can beat with a mixer, but it is not very desirable.)
  7. Grease the form with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  8. Divide the dough into two parts. Pour the first part into the mold.
  9. Add cocoa to the second part. Mix well (again, preferably gently with a spoon).
  10. Add the second part of the dough to the form. Let it spread freely. (You can pour light and dark dough into the mold in several portions, alternately.)
  11. Put the form on the middle shelf, in a preheated oven.
  12. Bake the biscuit for 30-45 minutes (it depends on the oven).
  13. IMPORTANT: in no case should you open the oven during baking - the biscuit will immediately settle!
  14. The readiness of the biscuit is checked with a wooden stick or match. If the stick is dry, the biscuit is ready.
  15. Marble cake is ready. It can be used as a base for sponge cake.
