Marble cake with almonds and cinnamon

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put 225 grams of soft butter in a mixer bowl, add 10 grams of vanilla sugar and 250 grams of granulated sugar.
  2. Beat at high speed until white. In the process of beating, add 5-6 eggs one at a time, depending on the size.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 450 grams of flour, two teaspoons (with top) of baking powder and 50 grams of ground almonds.
  4. Mix everything well and pour into the egg-butter mixture.
  5. Mix, add 125 milliliters of milk to the dough and knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  6. Lubricate the baking dish with 25 grams of butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or chopped nuts.
  7. We spread approximately 2/3 of the dough into the form.
  8. In the remaining dough, add 50 grams of granulated sugar and the same amount of cocoa.
  9. Add 75 milliliters of milk and a pinch of cinnamon.
  10. Mix well until a homogeneous chocolate dough is obtained. Pour the chocolate batter on top of the vanilla batter.
  11. Lightly stir the dough with a fork.
  12. We bake the Marble cake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 175 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Readiness is checked with a wooden stick.
  13. We take out the finished cupcake from the oven, let it cool a little in the form, put it on a wooden board or wire rack.
  14. Cool the marble cake to room temperature and serve with tea or coffee.
