Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings.
Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife.
Mix cream with warm water (about 40 degrees).
Place the onion and garlic in a bowl, crush well with your hands, salt, pepper, add spices and cream with water. Mix everything well (you can heat the marinade, but do not boil) and leave the marinade for chicken skewers for 20-25 minutes.
Place the prepared meat in the marinade for the kebab.
Mix well, cover and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours at room temperature.
You can fry a bird (chicken skewers) in a pan, in an oven, on coals, in an electric barbecue.
