I have been cooking this chicken for more than a year and quite often.
Such a marinade was intended for chicken wings, but I cooked both the wings and legs and whole chicken - equally delicious! The marinade, perhaps, does not quite "smell delicious", but the finished chicken turns out to be just excellent, you will not regret it, I promise !!!

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, add the chicken (or pieces) and coat well with the marinade.
  2. Marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature and bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes. I almost always marinate a chicken in advance, in the evening or in the morning, and cook it for lunch or dinner. The more it stands in the marinade, the tastier it will be!
  3. Place the chicken pieces separately on the baking sheet, not on top of each other.
  4. Keep an eye on the chicken during frying, so that it does not burn, I have a small oven, I bake it in the middle, i.e. to the top fire of 20 centimeters, quickly blush, sometimes I lower the temperature and bake
