Mashed potatoes in a new way, with peanut sauce

The usual, but everyone's favorite mashed potatoes can be served in a new way, with a nut-herb sauce.

  1. Boil potatoes in peel until soft. Then drain, peel and mash in a puree. Add 30 g butter, milk, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
  2. Heat the remaining 30 g of butter in a frying pan, add nuts, rosemary, parsley, sugar and 0.5 teaspoons of salt, fry until the nuts are golden brown.
  3. Serve the finished mashed potatoes on a serving plate, sprinkle with crumbled cheese and hazelnut sauce.
