I suggest making your favorite mashed potatoes with garlic and nutmeg.

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, and put in a large saucepan. Cover with water, add salt. Bring the potatoes to a boil over high heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
Then add the peeled and chopped garlic to the potatoes. Cook for about 10 more minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
Throw the boiled potatoes together with the garlic in a colander, drain the water, reserve 3 tbsp. spoons of liquid.
Pour milk and the remaining 3 tablespoons of "potato" water into the pot in which the potatoes were boiled. Boil.
Remove the pan from the stove, put the potatoes and garlic in it. Knead the whole mass until puree.
Add nutmeg to the puree, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Beat mashed potatoes with garlic with a wooden spoon until fluffy.
Serve mashed potatoes in portioned bowls, with butter and chopped parsley.
