  3. Cut the potato tubers into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan. Pour in about 800 ml of water and set to maximum heat. When the water comes to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook the potatoes for about 25 minutes, until tender. In the process of boiling, the potatoes need to be salted, focusing on your taste.
  5. While the potatoes are boiling, you need to boil the zucchini. To do this, wash a small zucchini, cut off the edges. Cut the zucchini into slices.
  6. Pour about 600 ml of water into a separate saucepan or saucepan, set to maximum heat. Bring water to a boil.
  7. Transfer the zucchini to boiling water, reduce heat to medium. Cook the zucchini for about 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  8. Finely chop the green onion and parsley.
  9. Remove the boiled zucchini from the water and transfer to the bowl of a blender or food processor. Add milk (70 ml) and chopped herbs.
  10. Punch at high speed until puree.
  11. Drain the boiled potatoes.
  12. Mash the potatoes until mashed.
  13. Bring the remaining milk (160 ml) to a boil and add to the mashed potatoes. Add butter.
  14. Mash the mashed potatoes again until smooth.
  15. Add the squash and herbs.
  16. Stir, add black pepper.
  17. Stir again.
