  2. If there is nowhere to buy one, then you can get by with 20% sour cream, but then it will need to be thrown onto gauze and allowed to drain excess liquid. We do it the way we strain whey from sour milk to get cottage cheese: put sour cream in gauze, hang it up and leave it in the refrigerator for a day. During this time, whey will drain from the sour cream, and the product will become noticeably thicker. I lined the gauze in one layer.
  3. Powdered sugar can be used instead of sugar.

  5. Turn on the oven immediately to heat up to 180 degrees.
  6. Combine eggs with sugar.
  7. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until the grains dissolve.

  17. Combine sour cream with sugar. If you wish, you can add vanilla sugar.
  18. Whisk sour cream with sugar.
  19. We put the cream in the refrigerator for an hour, it will thicken a little.
  20. Lubricate the cake with cream.
  21. We put the next cake on it and also grease it with cream.
  22. Thus, we collect the whole cake.
  23. We put it in the refrigerator to soak until the next day.
  24. The next day, grate the chocolate.
  25. Sprinkle the sides of the cake with grated chocolate. In fact, the cake is already ready. You can leave it as it is, or you can decorate it.
  26. I garnished with chocolate cream using a piping bag fitted with a closed star tip.
  27. I generously sprinkled the top of the cake with grated chocolate.
  28. But I decided not to stop there and used ready-made mastic flowers: it seemed to me that white flowers would look interesting against a dark background. I added some white chocolate chips to the center.
