Ingredients

Directions

  1. If desired, butter for frying can be replaced with vegetable oil.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt.
  3. Beat with a fork or whisk until smooth, fluffy.
  4. Add mayonnaise.
  5. Beat again.
  6. Grate the melted cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Add grated cheese to the egg mixture. We mix.
  8. Rinse the parsley, dry it, chop finely with a knife and add to the egg mixture.
  9. Beat well with a whisk or fork.
  10. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and distribute over the bottom, gently tilting the pan to the sides.
  11. Reduce the heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook an omelet in mayonnaise for about 5-7 minutes, until the egg mass sets.
  12. Then gently turn the omelet onto the other side. To do this, you can use a plate - cover the frying pan with it, turn the omelet onto a plate, and then gently slide it back into the pan.
  13. Cover the pan with a lid again and cook the omelet over low heat for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
  14. Hearty omelet with mayonnaise, melted cheese and herbs, ready. We cut it into pieces and serve it to the table.
  15. Bon Appetit!
