From a small amount of minced meat, you can make wonderful cutlets with the addition of potatoes.

Ingredients

  1. Wash the meat, potatoes and onions and cut them to a size that fits in the neck of your meat grinder.
  2. Install the meat grinder and twist the meat, onions and potatoes.
  3. Add mayonnaise, egg, salt, nutmeg, black ground pepper to the minced meat and mix everything well.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat, form oval cutlets and put them to fry in the pan.
  5. Fry the meat patties on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot cutlets with potatoes with any side dish.
