Meat omelet with potatoes, cheese and herbs

Meat omelet is a real "man's" breakfast, because it is simple, tasty and very satisfying. And most importantly, it contains meat! And also potatoes, cheese and aromatic herbs. At the same time, the dish retains all the pleasant qualities inherent in an omelet - tenderness and creamy taste.

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Combine chopped onion and minced meat in a dry frying pan (without oil). Fry, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Peel the potatoes, wash them and rub them on a coarse grater. After 5 minutes, squeeze out excess juice.
  4. We send the potatoes to the minced meat and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Rub the cheese on a fine grater. Chop parsley.
  6. Combine egg, sour cream, parsley and cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Whisk lightly with a whisk or fork.
  7. Fill the fried minced meat with potatoes with the egg mass. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to low and bring the omelet to readiness. The egg mass should set completely.
  8. My tomatoes and cut into small slices.
