Meat rolls with cheese

This dish can not be called quite simple, but the result justifies the time and effort. Meat rolls can be eaten hot and cold, served for dinner or a festive table, in general, a very versatile dish. The dish does not require very strict adherence to the recipe. For cooking it is better to use pork fillets, but any other meat will do. The filling can be changed at will.

  1. Cut the meat into medallions about 1 cm thick. It is better thinner than thicker. It is more convenient to cut meat when it is slightly frozen.
  2. Beat the meat on both sides, like chops. If the pieces are large, cut them in half.
  3. Prepare the sauce: mayonnaise, mustard and chopped garlic. In addition to the usual mustard, I added a little more French. Mix everything well.
  4. Salt the pieces of meat and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently grease each piece with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard. Here it is important not to put too much. And put a small oblong piece of any hard cheese.
  6. Wrap a piece of meat with a roll and fasten it with one or two toothpicks.
  7. We fry our rolls in oil.
  8. Fry on both sides so that they are browned. If the cheese leaks a little, it will not spoil the dish.
  9. Then transfer the fried rolls to a saucepan and pour a little water into it. So much so that they did not burn when extinguished.
  10. Stew meat rolls on low heat with the lid closed for half an hour.
  11. Everything, tender spicy meat is ready, pleasant taste!
